VisionSupply extends the standard budget module in Business Central, making project budgets easy to work with for project managers, finance and management. You work with two budgets: a working budget that is adjusted continuously, and a locked, board-approved budget as the fixed baseline. The project manager enters the budget in one simple overview – as resources, items or G/L accounts, typically per year. Project budgets copy directly into financial budgets without double entry – optionally multiplied by a factor and filtered to the projects you want included.

Keep master data in sync across your grid companies automatically
VisionSupply ensures automatic synchronization of master data, such as projects and dimensions, between the service company (or holding) and the grid companies. Projects are typically created in the network companies, as main and sub-projects respectively via a project creation wizard, and synchronized from there to the Service Company.

VisionSupply ensures automatic cost allocation
Allocating costs manually between the service company and the grid companies is slow and error-prone. VisionSupply automates it: hours, supplier invoices, administration costs and depreciation recorded in the service company are automatically invoiced and posted to the right grid companies – optionally with a mark-up differentiated by resource group, project and project task. Shared costs are allocated either with a pre-calculated overhead or via an allocation key with percentage distribution across the grid companies – always editable before posting.

VisionSupply delivers real-time reports and dashboard overviews in Business Central or via Power BI, giving the entire Utility company insight and overview of ongoing construction and operational projects. Analyze costs and time spent across projects and task types and view costs against budgets overall and for each project, so you can see deviations and act based on current data and knowledge.

What is VisionSupply?

What does VisionSupply cost?
The price depends on headcount and modules: the Standard package covers up to 50 employees, and the Enterprise package up to 200 employees including the most used add-on apps. See the pricing table above, or book a meeting and we will find the right package for you.
Is VisionSupply integrated with KMD Easy Energy?
Yes. Consumption settlement data from KMD Easy Energy is loaded automatically into the financial journal with integrated account mapping. VisionSupply also integrates with Power BI, Outlook and procurement portals such as Konsido and Unit4.
What do we do when costs are posted to the wrong project?
You use the reclassification journal: it reverses the original posting and creates a new one on the correct project and task – without deleting anything, so the audit trail stays intact.
Do we pay for updates ourselves?
No. VisionSupply is updated automatically together with Business Central, so you are always on the latest version – no upgrade projects and no extra bill.
Can projects be activated as fixed assets?
Yes. Construction projects can be activated as fixed assets directly from project management, so the investment lands correctly in the fixed asset register.
Can we invoice directly from the projects?
Yes. Sales invoices are created directly from the projects, so invoicing builds on the actual project entries.
