Data Processing Agreement for Sensitive Data
A data processing agreement documents how we cooperate around your databases and systems, including processes, data processing, documentation, security, access, rights, etc. to ensure the confidentiality of your sensitive data when you as a (data controller) company provide us as an IT supplier access to your systems and data, and/or ask us to provide support on the systems and possibly develop functionality for this.
EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regulates the security of handling the Personal Data Act and Data Inspectorate Ensures compliance with the legislation of the companies that, as data controllers, store sensitive data in the company's many different systems and databases.
There are several variants of data processing agreements, and we have good experience of sitting down together and defining how we cooperate on your systems and databases, and whether the processes may need to be changed and documented differently in the future, so that the data processing agreement can reflect the agreed cooperation processes.
