After development and testing, your new cloud solution is ready for implementation, which begins with an installation test to ensure full accessibility.
This 3-6 week phase requires your focus: all critical work processes must be tested and approved before go-live.
Vision People assists with testing and training, continuously fixing bugs to optimize the solution. The goal is a successful acceptance test and a smooth go-live.

Following the acceptance test, the solution is updated with production data and goes live.
The focus shifts to supporting your colleagues as they get accustomed to the new system. Full benefits are typically realized after a few weeks of daily use.
During the first week, we conduct an operational test to ensure everything is functioning as agreed. The project is then concluded, and ongoing development and support transition into the subsequent optimization phase.
