What does VisionTime cost?

Which payroll systems can VisionTime export to?
VisionTime exports approved hours directly to Intega, Lessor, Danløn and Zenegy. Work types map to payroll and absence codes, so payroll never has to type hours in manually.
Why not just use Business Central's built-in time sheets?
Business Central's own time sheets are designed to allocate resources' time to jobs and projects – and are filled in inside Business Central. VisionTime adds what payroll needs: registration on web and mobile for every employee, holiday and absence requests with approval, collective-agreement rules for flex time, overtime and supplements, and export of the payroll basis to Danløn, Zenegy, Lessor and Intega. If your hours feed payroll – not just projects – VisionTime is built for the job.
Does VisionTime work with both Business Central and Dynamics NAV?
Yes. VisionTime is built for Dynamics 365 Business Central and also supports older Dynamics NAV solutions, so you can keep the same time registration before and after an upgrade.
Can employees record time from their phone?
Yes. VisionTime is web-based and works on desktop, tablet and mobile. Employees record hours, report absence and request holidays wherever they are – and approved holidays are booked automatically in the Outlook calendar.
Does VisionTime support our collective agreements?
Yes. Pay agreements are set up with rules for flex time, overtime and supplements – including shift plans and fixed rotations. VisionTime calculates the payroll basis from your own rules, so the hours are ready for payroll.
Mobile time tracking from phone and tablet
In many companies, a large share of the employees rarely sit at a PC. They are out with customers, on the move between tasks or on the production floor — and when hours have to be remembered and entered at the end of the day, precision suffers.
With VisionTime, time registration is mobile: the employee opens the app on a phone or tablet, selects the job or project and records the hours on the spot. The registration lands directly in Business Central — no double entry and no spreadsheets in between.

Built-in time sheets in Business Central – or a time tracking app?
Business Central has time sheets of its own: weekly sheets, filled in and approved inside Business Central, built to allocate resources' time to jobs and projects. For a small group of consultants who work in Business Central all day anyway, they may be enough.
But employees outside the finance and project teams need access to Business Central to enter hours in them – and the time sheets stop where payroll begins: standard Business Central does not map hours to payroll codes, does not handle holiday and absence requests, and knows nothing about collective-agreement rules for flex time, overtime and supplements.
