What does VisionPlanning cost?
Basis costs DKK 2,000 per month for up to 10 employees. Business covers 11-25 users at DKK 2,800, Professional 26-75 users at DKK 3,300, and Enterprise up to 200 users at DKK 4,500 per month – all on a yearly subscription. Contact us for a quote on additional users.
How does VisionPlanning work with Outlook?
Tasks are booked directly in the assigned employee's Outlook calendar, so everyone can see what to do and when. The employee can finish and sign off the task directly from the Outlook booking – including time registration.
Can we create tasks from e-mails?
Yes. E-mails to an agreed address – such as support@ – land in a mail queue where you create the task with estimates and allocation based on skills. All related e-mails, internal and external, are gathered on the task.
Is VisionPlanning integrated with Business Central?
Yes. The task is created automatically in Business Central for time capture on task and project, you can follow budgets and project finances in real time, and the task is ready for an invoicing run once marked done.
Can we follow the status of tasks?
Yes. The task owner sees status and degree of completion, and you get a visual overview of all ongoing tasks by status, deadline and assigned person – with ongoing quality control along the way.
