Which formats and networks does VisionOIO support?
OIOUBL and PEPPOL — in both directions. Documents are exchanged through a network provider such as Sproom or eFacto via API, or through files if you use another channel.
Can we send e-invoices to the public sector from Business Central?
Yes. VisionOIO Export creates OIOUBL and PEPPOL invoices and credit memos directly from your sales and service documents — including service contracts — and delivers them to your network provider or to file.
How do incoming e-invoices become purchase invoices?
VisionOIO Import fetches the documents from your provider, matches the vendor automatically and creates the purchase invoice or credit memo in Business Central. G/L account mapping and vendor settings control the posting, so the document is ready for approval.
Can we acknowledge received invoices automatically?
Yes. VisionOIO supports PEPPOL Application Response, so status messages about receipt and acceptance of invoices can be sent automatically.
