What pricing plans are available for Business Central?

Awards for Business Central

Business Central offers different pricing plans to suit the needs of different businesses. Prices vary depending on the number of users and the specific features needed for users.

Initially, a distinction is made between a license type, based on either Essentials (finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, projects, CRM, HR, etc.) or Premium (containing all the modules from the Essentials + Service and Production module).

You then have to choose between which employees should have full access (though controlled via rights/roles) and which employees should have read-only access (view or modify existing data and approve, for example, purchase invoices - but not post attachments).

It is important to consider which features are most relevant to one's business when choosing a plan, since a business can only have one license type (either Essentials or Premium).

Subscription options

Businesses can choose between monthly or annual subscriptions, providing flexibility in budgeting and planning. After the end of the agreed subscription period, the company may change the number of user licenses in an upward or downward direction.

What integration options are there for Business Central?

Integration of Business Central

Business Central offers multiple integration options that allow it to connect with other systems and applications. This includes integration with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and many third-party applications.

API access

The system provides API access, allowing developers to create customized integrations to suit specific business needs. This ensures that data can flow freely between systems, improving data quality and decision-making.

What benefits do Vision People apps offer to users?

Benefits of Vision People's apps

Vision People's apps offer a number of benefits that can help companies optimize their processes. One of the biggest advantages of an app is that the solution is validated by Microsoft and meets the requirements to be sold and downloaded from Microsoft's App Source, where all users can read and view all apps for example Business Central, Outlook, Office 365 and more.

The fact that an app meets Microsoft's requirements also means that the app provider ensures that the app is compatible with future versions of Business Central, and that the user experience is unchanged from Business Central, which makes it easy for employees to navigate and perform tasks through the app quickly and efficiently.

Integracija

Vision People's apps can be easily integrated with customers' existing systems, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to daily work tasks. This allows companies to achieve even greater value with their current investments in technology and systems that now integrate with each other.

Scalability

Another important advantage is scalability. Vision People's apps can be further customized according to the company's future needs, allowing it to grow without having to change system or app.

Can you give a brief overview of Business Central?

Business Central Overview

Business Central is a cloud-based ERP solution that helps companies manage their finances, operations and sales. It is designed for small and medium-sized businesses that want to streamline their processes and improve efficiency.

Business Central is Microsoft's most widely deployed and recognized cloud-based ERP solution, sold and deployed by many thousands of Microsoft partners worldwide that also develop and provide access to apps that address specific needs that may not have been addressed in standard Business Central, but which the partners have experience that the majority of customers need, either in individual countries or bothered in specific industries and workflows

Modules:

Business Central comes standard with the modules below for all the Essetials users purchased access to. So even for businesses that only buy access for 1 user, all of the below modules get in Business Central:

  • Financial Management: Keep track of income and expenses.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish and record costs and revenues for each project.
  • Sales management: Improve sales processes and customer interactions
  • Procurement management: automatic or manual creation of purchase invoices.
  • CRM: Customer Relationship Management, creation of contact profiles, target groups and campaigns, etc.

Business Central also integrates with other Microsoft products, making it a flexible solution for many businesses.

If the company also needs the Service Module and Production Management, all users must purchase a Premium user. You cannot mix Essentials and Premium users.

If the company also has employees who only occasionally need Business Central to view existing data, scan existing goods, or approve purchase invoices, for example, those users can settle for a Team Member license that is posted more simply than an Essential (or Premium) user.
