VisionCollection gives you a unified view in Business Central, where you and your colleagues can streamline the advance process, record advance calls for payments, see when a customer is typically expected to deposit the invoice based on historical payment behavior - so this information is available to relevant people centrally in Business Central
VisionCollection provides an opportunity to record conclusions from the dialogue with customers about the specific invoice (s) that the customer has not paid. This makes the notes quickly available to you and your colleagues if the customer still does not pay and needs to be withdrawn again. This way you avoid having to start over about the customer's non-payment.
With a central screen in Business Central, you can easily view all your outstanding debtors and conduct effective follow-up on your customers.
With VisionCollection, you can immediately see when the individual customer is going to deposit if they don't pay by the due date. The system automatically creates an expected deposit date, based on the customer's typical payment behavior the last X number of deposits. If, after dialogue with the customer, you agree on a new date for the deposit, you can enter this date in the system so that it will be indicated when the money is expected to be received.
When the customer does not pay due, it is important to have a record of when you can expect to receive the payment for the overdue invoice, so that this new date can be taken into account when estimating the company's total cash flow.
