When you set up a new test environment based on your BC Online production environment, you can mark once and for all which setups from the production (customer email addresses, production integrations, mailings, bank transfers, etc.) that should NOT be used in the company's testing of the processes in the test environment.

With VisionSandbox, you choose which configurations and email addresses from the production environment that you want to change to Test email addresses, so that the new test environment, for example, does not automatically send emails to the wrong customers or suppliers from the production environment.
When creating a test environment as a copy of the operating environment, VisionSandbox ensures that data exchanges between production databases are inactive in the test environment - or automatically changed to relavant test environments and folders
When you use VisionSandbox, you ensure that the full copy of the operating environment for your production environment of Business Central Online does NOT contain email addresses and other configured data exchange parameters from the critical operating environment, as these are changed once and for all to Test addresses, etc., so that you can test your processes in peace and quiet in the test environment - without this affecting your collaborators and production data exchange slinger.

If the company also needs the Service Module and Production Management, all users must purchase a Premium user. You cannot mix Essentials and Premium users.
