Support agreement on solutions provided by VisionPeople
VisionPeople Consulting offers three levels of support agreement:
Bronze: For you who need support via email or phone.
Silver: In addition to mail and telephone support when you want remote connection, so we can take over the screen and provide online support.
Gold: Where we continuously evaluate all released in addition to Silver support Hotfixes and service packs from Microsoft and provides advice in relation to your solution.
