Vision People has more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing integrated enterprise solutions and Apps, based on Business Central, web solutions and Microsoft's other technology platform. We digitize and streamline employees' work tasks in Business Central (formerly NAV) - or where employees need data, for example from their mobile phones, on a website, in a webshop or through Office 365.

Vi involverer os tidligt for at hjælpe jer med at realisere jeres visioner gennem nye IT-løsninger.
Vi samarbejder med ledelsen for at identificere mål og udfordringer, og vi rådgiver om, hvordan IT-systemerne skal understøtte jeres strategi.
Resultatet er en klar projektplan, definerede økonomiske rammer og et tilbud, der matcher jeres behov.
Analysis
Vi analyserer jeres komplekse IT-miljø med dyb indsigt for at afdække den rette løsning. Vores mål er at dissekere jeres udfordringer og præcist identificere nødvendige standardfunktioner, tilpasninger eller justeringer af arbejdsgange.
Gennem VisionScope-workshops strukturerer vi processen, identificerer kritiske arbejdsgange og skaber skræddersyede løsninger baseret på robuste systemer og moduler.

Development
Vision People udvikler og tester den specialprogrammering, som er defineret i VisionScope-dokumentet, inden for den aftalte projektøkonomi. Vi samler standard apps og specialprogrammering til at dække jeres unikke behov.
- Kvalitetssikring: Løsningen testes af en forretningskonsulent for at sikre fuld overensstemmelse med VisionScope.
- Ændringer: Nye ønsker håndteres som separate opgaver for ikke at forsinke det primære projekt.
Implementation
Efter udvikling og test er jeres nye cloudløsning klar til Implementering, som starter med en installationsprøve for at sikre fuld tilgængelighed.
Denne 3-6 ugers fase kræver jeres fokus: Alle kritiske arbejdsprocesser skal testes og godkendes før Go-Live.
Vision People assisterer med test og uddannelse og retter løbende fejl for at optimere løsningen. Målet er en vellykket overtagelsesprøve og et gnidningsløst Go-Live.
Commissioning
Efter Overtagelsesprøven opdateres løsningen med produktionsdata og tages i drift.
Fokus skifter til at støtte jeres kolleger i at vænne sig til det nye system. Fuldt udbytte opnås typisk efter et par ugers daglig brug.
Vi sikrer via en Driftsprøve i den første uge, at alt fungerer som aftalt. Projektet afsluttes, og den videre udvikling samt support sker i den efterfølgende Optimeringsfase
Optimization
Efter stabilisering fortsætter vi med support og vejledning for at maksimere løsningens potentiale. Brugerne opdager ofte nye optimeringsmuligheder (integrationer, apps), som vi hjælper med at realisere.
Vi holder løbende statusmøder for at sikre maksimal værdiskabelse. Nye ønsker behandles som separate, effektive projekter for at sikre hurtig realisering af ny værdi med færrest mulige ressourcer.
