Med VisionCollection kan du straks se, hvornår den enkelte kunde plejer at indbetale, hvis de ikke betaler på forfaldsdatoen. Systemet opretter automatisk en forventet indbetalingsdato, baseret på kundens typiske betalingsadfærd de sidste X-antal indbetalinger. Hvis du efter dialog med kunden aftaler en ny dato for indbetalingen, kan du indtaste denne dato i systemet, så det fremgår, hvornår pengene forventes modtaget.
