Need a clear way to lock in a project budget? Just click Approve budget – either on the project map or under Project budget, either directly on the project map or under the “Project budget”.
When approving the budget, a 1:1 copy of all open planning lines with budget version “APPROVED” is created.
The approved project budget is displayed in the “Board approved budget” under the project task lines and in the project light, and you can drill into each planning line just by clicking the number. If subsequent amendments to the open budget are approved, VisionSupply removes the old approved budget and creates a fresh copy of your planning lines automatically.
