As a customer of VisionPeople Consulting, you now have the opportunity to choose between three levels of support (Service Level Agreements):

Bronze: For those who need support by email or phone.

Silver: When you, besides email and phone support, want us to have remote access, so we can take over the screen and provide online support.

Gold:  Where we, besides Silver support, continuously evaluate all (monthly) released Roll-ups and Service Packs from Microsoft and advice you in relation to your existing solution.
