Free e-learning from Microsoft
The cheapest place to start is with Microsoft itself: as a subscription customer on Business Central or Dynamics NAV you have access to Microsoft's customer portal with free e-learning and product news. E-learning is good for basic system understanding and for new colleagues getting to know the screens. On the other hand, it is generic: it does not know your chart of accounts, your workflows or the apps you have extended the system with.
Documentation for the task at hand
