VisionIdentity
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date master data is essential for any business, especially when changes occur at customers, suppliers or other key partners. With VisionIdentity you can continuously ensure that your company's master data is updated as customers and partners make important changes. This solution enables real-time digital lookups in external data sources directly from Business Central, making it easy to stay up to date.
Applications can be made against the Danish CPR Register or the CVR Register.
The system logs who made the lookup and records the field values before the update, providing a clear audit trail for better data management and compliance.
Changes from the registers can either be applied directly or go to a change journal. This can be set up individually for customers and suppliers and within specific filters. Batch Jobs for updating all customers or suppliers are also available.
Setup
To look up data for customers and suppliers in the CPR or CVR register, you must have an account for the registers.
CVR

CPR
To access the CPR register, several steps are involved. The CPR register is very well protected and you need to have your IP whitelisted and have a “My ID” certificate. You will also need a help website to manage the certificate. Feel free to contact VisionPeople if you need CPR integration.
