Ordering and Installation of Certificates for Integration with the Danish Debt Authority (Gældsstyrelsen)

Integration with the Danish Debt Authority (Gældsstyrelsen) via VisionClaim

Opening the firewall

To be able to connect to the Debt Authority at all, you must ask the Debt Authorities to open their firewall for your company's IP Address. Send an email to fordringshaver@gaeldst.dk where you provide:

• Creditor ID
• CVR number
• IP address

The IP address can be found by accessing https://myip.com from the server and it is this field that you must specify:

You need to ask that they open both for testing and for operation.

NB: If the integration is already running, this is done.

MiTiD

Your My ID Business Certificate must be installed on the BCAPI server.

Operational Enterprise Certificate download/order at https://mitid-erhverv.dk/

The certificate should be installed in LocalMachine -> Personal. Just select default settings in MMC.

There must subsequently be 3 certificates (shown here with a test certificate from NETS):

You must request access to both testing and operation. And you need to ask for access to:

System Certificates

Certificates are ordered on https://mitid-erhverv.dk/

Here we recommend that you order a new one for CPR, unless you already have one for CPR:

The certificate must then be subsequently transferred to the Service User, as shown in the previous screenshot

The service certificate must also be installed on the APP servers via MMC -> Certificates -> LocalMachine -> Personal

It is important that the certificate is a pfx certificate

IP Address Whitelisting

Also remember to whitelist your IP address. That's step 3 of ordering. You need to write via this form to their support:
