Support for employees and users of the systems

VisionPeople offers support on all our solutions, both technical support on server infrastructure etc. - and regardless if the servers are installed at your sites, in a hosting center or in a Microsoft Cloud set-up - and support to the employees using the applications.

The support can be on the phone, via Skype, through remote access to your servers, onsite or in a cloud set-up - or an onsite visit by one of our consultants, helping the users at their desk.

The support can be arranged as ad hoc support or as a Support Level Agreement.
