With a support agreement for your hosted NAV-solution you and your NAV-users can get daily support, Monday-Friday from 9 to 16.
You can either call or email to Support with your questions and issues regarding the use of the system. Most question to the use of the system, we will be able to resolve it immediately, while others require further assistance. With a support agreement We guarantee response or commencement of any tasks within kl. 12.00 the following day.
A Support Agreement costs 5.000,-DKK per year, and each support incident is settled according to consumption based on the following scheme:
|e-mail support||300,- DKK per started 15 minutes|
|Phone support||350,- DKK per started 15 minutes|
|Online/remote support||400,- DKK per started 15 minutes|
|Troubleshooting and problem solving||1295,- DKK per hour (minimum 30 minutes)|
|Development of new functionality and fixes (programming)||1,254,- DKK per hour, or after separate deals on concrete task|
The prices are excl. VAT and eventually consulting services and onsite support.
