Development

The VisionScope document describes your needs for specialized programming that Vision People develop, test and deliver within the agreed project economy.

We make all the elements play together and add standard apps — sometimes supplemented with custom programming to optimize your unique needs.

New requests that arise during or after implementation are handled as separate tasks and assessed on the basis of agreed finances and schedule, without delaying the ongoing project.

As part of our quality assurance, the solution is tested by a business consultant to ensure that the functionality matches the agreed upon in the VisionScope document.4O

Implementation

After Vision Peoples' development and testing, your new, modern cloud solution is now ready for implementation by you, beginning with an Installation Trial, where we together verify that the solution has been made available to you and ready for your training and setup, so that you can test the solution.

This phase requires a large amount of resources from you, as all your work processes must be tested and approved in the new solution before it is commissioned. Along the way, you will encounter any inappropriations and errors, which are reported digitally to Vision People, who then correct the solution, which is still optimized before commissioning.

Vision People assists with testing and training so that any questions are handled quickly and the testing procedure is not delayed by the test users' other, daily tasks.

The test typically lasts 3-6 weeks with daily dialogue between test users, your project manager and the Vision Peoples project team. We continuously correct errors and ensure that the solution is ready for a successful takeover trial.

Commissioning

After a successful Takeover Trial, Vision People updates the solution with current production data, and the solution is now so thoroughly tested that it is put into operation.

The commissioning phase begins with changing the 'pointers' from the test environment to the production environment - and then the focus must be on supporting colleagues who have to get used to the new system and changed workflows. Often it takes a few weeks of daily use of the solution before the benefits are fully experienced and everyone is flush with the solution.

We recommend that the project team meet within the first week to ensure that the Operational Test is completed and the solution works as agreed. After this, the project is completed and new tasks are handled in an Optimization phase, which includes support and planning for further development.

Optimization

After implementing and stabilizing the new solution, it is important to support users with support and guidance in the solution's new, smart features. New ideas and needs often arise when users become familiar with the system, and perhaps further optimization opportunities are identified in the form of new integrations or further digitization of the processes and other business areas of the company, which can also be advantageously handled in the new solution - possibly also through the addition of new apps.

We recommend ongoing progress meetings with Vision People to ensure that the solution creates maximum value for the company.

New desires are assembled into a new project definition and processed efficiently using the same methodology as the original project — but with fewer resources and shorter time consumption and faster realisation of value.

What pricing plans are available for Business Central?

Awards for Business Central

Business Central offers different pricing plans to suit the needs of different businesses. Prices vary depending on the number of users and the specific features needed for users.

Initially, a distinction is made between a license type, based on either Essentials (finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, projects, CRM, HR, etc.) or Premium (containing all the modules from the Essentials + Service and Production module).

You then have to choose between which employees should have full access (though controlled via rights/roles) and which employees should have read-only access (view or modify existing data and approve, for example, purchase invoices - but not post attachments).

It is important to consider which features are most relevant to one's business when choosing a plan, since a business can only have one license type (either Essentials or Premium).

Subscription options

Businesses can choose between monthly or annual subscriptions, providing flexibility in budgeting and planning. After the end of the agreed subscription period, the company may change the number of user licenses in an upward or downward direction.
