VisionProject was created to be used by several different industries where the project workers have a need to register time spent on projects.

With VisionProject you can;

• Give the employees access to register time consumption, expenses, and travel etc. on the projects from a web site or directly from the appointment in Microsoft Outlook Calendar!
• Have insights on time registered and actual invoiced time to costing on for example fixed price offers.
• Get invoice suggestions transferred directly to invoices from the project on assignment, project or resource level.

Resource allocation and Budgeting
The system gives the possibility for an overall status on ongoing projects. Registration, allocation, and budgeting of resources and projects become via VisionProject becomes simple and foreseeable. It’s possible to make a budget on the project or on a given assignment, or all the way down to a given resource. Furthermore, it’s possible to see the total consumption on an assignment or compare the invoiced amount of hours.

A simple overview over consumption
With VisionProject can follow up on a project at any time, and consumption can be specified daily, weekly, or monthly.

Support bank
Prepayments can be registered under the menu support bank. In a support bank name, debtor, sales amount and sales amount with a discount can be registered. With this module it’s possible to register sales prices on resources with the original sales price, after which the system calculates the agreed upon discount rate.
